    个人简介:

    北航凯发娱乐教授、博士生导师⛩,工学博士,德国慕尼黑工业大学(Technische Universität München)博士后。长期从事复杂产品/服务系统🧑🏿‍✈️、服务型制造🐮、系统韧性管理🧏🏼、质量管理与可靠性、可持续运营管理等领域的研究;连续四年入选中国高被引学者 (管理科学与工程学科)、World’s Top 2% Scientists (斯坦福大学发布),入选北航青年拔尖人才支持计划👋,北航优秀硕士论文指导教师;先后获工信部优秀智库研究成果一等奖、Emerald Literati Awards for Excellence(研究卓越奖)🚬、中国机械工程学会优秀论文奖、北航优秀教学成果一等奖(质量管理课程)等🪃🪺。

    在研究领域,获得国家发明专利授权9项⚂、软件著作权2项🧋,发表学术论文70余篇,其中60多篇发表在 Int. J. Oper. Prod. Man.,Eur. J. Oper. Res., IEEE. T. Eng. Manage., IEEE T. Reliab., Reliab., Int. J. Prod. Res., CIRP Ann.- Manuf. Techn.等国际SCI/SSCI期刊上;在国际知名出版社Springer独立出版英文学术专著1部🙍🏻,在机械工业出版社等出版专著、教材3部,参编十三五国家重点规划图书《智能制造服务技术》等著作3部🚵🏽‍♂️;相关成果在Google Scholar数据库中被引4700余次⬛️,H因子为40。

    主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目4项✔️,承担国家科技重大专项子专题研究任务、国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题📭🟧、基础科学中心课题、工信部智库课题🧑‍🦯‍➡️🧑🏽‍⚖️。作为核心成员,主导完成中航工业、上海贝尔、三菱电梯、中国商飞、上海电气🌚、上海电力、中钞油墨、泛亚汽车等多项产学研项目。

    常年担任 Int. J. Oper. Prod. Man., IEEE T. Reliab., Int. J. Prod. Res.,Int. J. Prod. Econ.等近30家国际SCI/SSCI期刊的通讯评审专家;担任中国服务型制造联盟专家📸、中国自动化学会3D打印与社会制造专委会委员🥕、国际生产工程科凯发K8(CIRP)工业产品服务系统国际会议学术委员会成员(Scientific Committee Member)、《中国机械工程》期刊智能制造服务专辑编委🏋🏿‍♀️;国内外学术合作较广🕹,与德国、瑞典🐱🫸🏻、加拿大、香港等地学者建立了良好的学术合作联系。

    指导的学生曾获得国家奖学金(4人次)、北京市优秀毕业生(3人次)⌚️、北航博士生卓越学术基金(2人)𓀜、北航优秀硕士毕业论文(2人)、“冯如杯”科技竞赛一等奖(2人次)二等奖(2人次)、北航研究生优秀学术论文奖、北航优秀毕业生荣誉称号;学生毕业后,赴国内外知名高校(荷兰埃因霍芬理工大学🫁、香港科技大学👧🏽、清华大学等)深造,获得国内211大学等高校教职,进入航空航天系统科研院所🏇🏽、金融系统(如工商银行总行)、互联网平台等企事业单位工作。
