2019年10月11日，北航经商院 •经济学双周论坛迎来了2019年春季的第36期讲座。此次主讲特别邀请到了南京审计大学城市发展研究院助理教授邹苗苗🐇。研究领域为健康经济学、劳动经济学和家庭经济学。此次报告题目是“高医疗消费者责任转移对健康保险市场保费和成本分担条款的影响”，使用医保数据研究了退休对中国老年人住院医疗资源利用的影响。

Dr. MiaomiaoZou:Impacts of shifting responsibility for high-cost individuals onHealth Insurance Exchange plan premiums and cost-sharing provisions
On11 Oct. 2019, we welcomed the speaker Dr. Miaomiao Zou，AssistantProfessor from the Institute of Urban Developmentin School of Economics at Nanjing Audit University.Her study use aDifference-in-Difference model with Plan-level Fixed Effects to estimate theimpacts of increases in expected expenditures generated by closure ofstate-operated High Risk Pools (HRPs).
More than 20 teachers and studentsof the School of Economics and Management have participated in the seminar anddiscussed the study with Dr. Zou.We are looking forward to the Bi-Week Applied Economics Colloquium next week.
